Robert is an active FDNY Firefighter at Ladder Company 122 since 2014. He was promoted to a certified Ladder Company Chauffeur in January 2019. In October 2021, Robert won the Patrick J. Murphy award for being the top firefighter who has done the most for the community on and off the clock.
Mr. Banome is also a Certified Pubic Accountant with an MBA since 2011. Prior to joining the FDNY full time, Robert worked at Deloitte & Touche LLP in NYC. As Assistant Vice President of Cerberus Capital, he was able to combine his accounting experience with real world data, evaluation, and results.
Robert is also the Founder of Humble Heroes, a 501(c)(3) in NY, and active FDNY Firefighter. His credibility with the FDNY has empowered the charity to build relationships with notable children’s hospitals such as NYU Langone (NY), CHOP (PA), and St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital (TN).
